Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a powerful tool for professional development and well-being. Dr. Wendy Knight provides individual and small group supervision sessions for social workers and other human services workers. Dr. Knight is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts.

 
 
 

Advising

Organizational leaders have complex demands on them each day. Supporting their own well-being while strategizing on best practicing to support the well-being of their teams can be a difficult task. Dr. Wendy Knight provides a space for exploration of needs related to wellness, employee engagement and burnout mitigation. Advising services are offered individually and in small groups as requested.

 
 
 

Specialized Training

Dr. Wendy Knight is an expert in burnout mitigation. She has a professional development program, called the Leaders for Social Good Training Program that includes training and advising services on burnout mitigation for social service leaders.
